I offer grounded, embodied yoga classes rooted in presence, breath, and an honest relationship with the body. My teaching draws from nearly a decade of experience and emphasizes awareness, strength, and nervous system support rather than performance or aesthetic.

My classes are informed by traditional yoga practices and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence. I prioritize clear cueing, thoughtful pacing, and space for students to explore sensation and breath.

 

Classes may include:

  • Breath awareness and pranayama

  • Slow, intentional transitions

  • Strength-building and mobility

  • Periods of stillness and integration

  • Chanting/mantra

 

I encourage students to listen to their bodies and make adjustments to the practice to suit their needs, understanding that needs can change from moment to moment. I strive to create an environment that is free of judgement and that weaves together the deeper traditions of yoga with contemporary adjustments that support our modern way of life.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2017 and have been teaching on and off since that time. My travel in India as well as my background in herbalism and holistic health informs the way I teach, and I continue to seek out teachers, mentors, and guides along my path as a teacher and practitioner.

STITTSVILLE LOCATION

  • Monday 9:30am, 75 minute Town Mix

  • Monday 12pm, 60 minute Flow

  • Monday 4:30pm, 60 minute Hip Opening Flow 

PRIVATE & GROUP OFFERINGS

I am available for:

  • ​private group classes​ {birthday parties, bachelorette, gatherings}

  • wellness and yoga workshops 

  • corporate yoga classes in person and online

These offerings are tailored to the needs of the group and space. Pricing is available upon inquiry.
