I created this bundle for anyone interested in gut detoxification and parasite cleansing! Parasites are extremely common-- we pick them up from travel, contaminated food, water, soil, blood, and waste, insect transmission and more.

Parasites are most active during the full moon— they come out of hiding to lay their eggs and proliferate. For this reason, it is common in cultures around the world to do monthly fasts or cleanses during the full moon. Oh how we love ancient wisdom!

There are various tests available to determine parasitic infection, but they are so common that I personally don’t find it necessary to test before taking part in some parasite cleansing. The herbs in this protocol not only kill parasites but will improve gut terrain.

Symptoms associated with parasitic infection:

  • Iron deficiency anemia
  • Mental health conditions like anxiety and depression (they
    eat on neurotransmitters)
  • Anal itching
  • Teeth grinding
  • Constipation or alternating loose poops
  • Autoimmune and hormonal conditions (particularly in cases
    of estrogen dominance and IBS)

• Skin issues (hives, rashes, psoriasis, eczema, acne, etc.)

• Allergies

  • Aches and pains
  • Weight gain or the inability to gain weight

How to use the ParaBye protocol


Use the doses found on the product labels for a general gut detox. My advice is to use this protocol for up to 3 months, and then take a 2-3 month break from Para Bye 2. This formula has quite strong herbs and it is best to give the body a break after a few months of cleansing.

• 2 capsules ParaBye 1 in the morning with a small amount of warm water on an empty stomach
• 10-25 drops of ParaBye 2 tincture, 1-3x daily
• 2 capsules ParaBye 3 in the evening on an empty stomach


Parasites are most active during the full moon. This is when they come out of hiding to lay eggs and grow in numbers! This is why upping the doses of these formulas during the full moon is the most efficient way to kill and rid the body of them.

Parasite Cleanse Dosages for full moon:

Day before:

  • 2 capsules of ParaBye 1 in the morning on empty stomach with
    warm water
  • 10-25 drops ParaBye 2 tincture, twice daily (spread out doses)
  • 2 capsules ParaBye 3 in the evening before bed on empty

Day of full moon:

  • 2-3 capsules ParaBye 1 in the morning on empty stomach with
    warm water
  • 10-25 drops ParaBye 2 tincture, three times daily (spread out
  • 2-3 capsules Parabye 3 in the evening before bed on an empty

Day after full moon— same dosages as day before full moon

I suggest taking part in some light fasting on the day before, day of, and day after the full moon each month.

Reduce or eliminate the following foods:

• Caffeine
• Alcohol

• Processed sugar and sweeteners like maple syrup, dates, honey (use in moderation)
• Processed oils/seed oils

• Gluten

• Dairy

Add in more of the following naturally antiparasitic foods:

  • papaya-- especially papaya seeds
  • garlic (raw is most potent but cooked works)
  • onions
  • oregano
  • ginger

Intermittent fasting: stop eating after dinner, and then don’t eat until the next morning after 16-18 hours of fasting. Water/tea can be consumed in the morning without disrupting the fasted state.

Water/herbal tea/juice fasting: if you are able to go without food on the day of the full moon, you can drink herbal teas and water. For sustenance and energy fruit and vegetable juices may be consumed. If you have blood sugar sensitivity having more vegetable-heavy juices will be best for you.

Fruit fasting: consume only fruits! They are extremely easy on the digestive system, burn cleanly, and contain fibre that will help to move waste through the body.

Consume animal organ meats/organ supplements: beef liver contains high amounts of bioavailable nutrients, including B vitamins which are necessary for liver detoxification! I also have a Canprev Bioactive B vitamin in my shop.

You do not have to adjust your diet for these days if it doesn’t work for you. These practices only help make the cleansing more efficient!


Parasites, worms, and other pathogens found in the average gut can wreak havoc on our health. They are extremely intelligent and stealthy, and will do some pretty wild things to stay alive and thriving in there! They can make us crave foods that keep them alive, cause anxiety and other mental health issues, and more.

Many of these creatures create a substance called “biofilm” which is a sticky substance that creates a layer around the gut lining. This thick mucous layer both protects and hides these pathogens so that they can proliferate undetected, but also creates an almost impenetrable layer in our gut mucosa creating absorption issues. This can lead to nutrient deficiencies (root cause for many health conditions), as well as general gut inflammation.

Some substances and supplements are considered to be “biofilm disruptors”. They work in the body to break down biofilm so that we can uncover and kill the pathogens that hide beneath! I suggest taking biofilm disruptors, if you can, before partaking in a parasite cleanse and throughout the cleanse. This will give you better chances of eliminating more pathogens.

Here are some of my favourite biofilm disruptors:

Douglas Labs Wobenzym Plus (or N)/Interfase Plus— this is a potent disruptor!

Dosage for PLUS: Start with 1 tablet, twice per day one hour away from food working up to 2 tablets twice per day (one hour away from food) for 2 weeks prior to cleansing. You will ideally be taking the max dose for 4-5 days.

Dosage for N: Start with 3 tablets, 2x daily and work up to max dose of 6 tablets, 2x daily for 2 weeks prior to cleansing. You will ideally be taking the max dose for 4-5 days out of the 2 week period.

  • Garlic— my garlic tincture taken at a dose of 5 drops daily, or simply add more raw garlic into the diet for a few days prior to cleansing
  • Castor Oil— doing castor oil packs (Queen of Thrones has an excellent one) nightly can help break down biofilm as well as improve elimination which is crucial while cleansing
  • NAC (N-acetylcysteine)— take dosage recommended on bottle
  • Oregano oil— take 5-10 drops oregano oil daily for the
    duration of the cleanse

You may also want to purchase a binder for use during the cleanse to mop up any toxic byproducts-- activated charcoal, fulvic/humic acids, zeolite are all great options.


It is extremely important to ensure that your pathways of elimination are in good working order BEFORE starting any sort of cleansing. If your elimination pathways are not functioning properly, the toxins and critters that you stir up in your system will recirculate and cause die-off symptoms!**

These symptoms can include headache, nausea, digestion issues, constipation or diarrhea, anxiety/depression and mood swings, fatigue, inflammation, and general feeling of malaise.

How to support your drainage pathways:

Support your lymphatic system, the “sewerage system” of the body. The lymphatic system cleans up cellular waste products, protects the body from illness, maintains body fluid levels, and absorbs fats from the digestive tract.

The lymphatic system looks similar to our vascular system, with one main difference. It does not have a pump to circulate the fluid throughout the body, it requires manual movement!

This can look like: alternating hot/cold showers (this dilates and contracts blood vessels surrounding the lymphatic vessels), dry brushing, rebounding (small trampoline), walking frequently, exercise, staying hydrated.

Support your kidneys/liver:

Drink my Revitaliver tea blend up to 3x daily! This blend contains gentle diuretic herbs that increase urine output while maintaining healthy potassium levels.

Take Glow Tonic tincture for liver health/digestion

Castor Oil Packs: castor oil is a biofilm disruptor, so packs applied overnight can make a parasite cleanse more effective. They also improve elimination and are great for opening up this pathway.

Eat an anti-inflammatory diet that contains lots of dark green vegetables and lightly cooked, easy-to-digest foods. Increase your intake of spices like turmeric, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, rosemary, etc. Basically any kitchen spice!

Remove harmful chemicals from your life in any way that you can. If you use anything scented, get rid of it. That goes for perfumes, scented candles, plug in air fresheners or air freshener sprays, laundry detergent, hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, etc. with synthetic ingredients.

Use non-toxic cookware whenever possible, limit microwave use, and try not to store food/eat food out of plastic containers.

Purchase a water filter if you can. There is an incredible amount of chemicals in our water that are harmful to our health, and that add to our toxic load/burden the liver. If you have the means to purchase a water filter I highly suggest it! My favourite is the Berkey Filter, and I splurged and purchased the extra filters that filter out fluoride and arsenic!

Coffee enemas can be a great helper while cleansing as they remove excess waste and boost liver function. Glutathione, a powerful liver detoxifier and antioxidant, can be increased by up to 700% in the body by doing coffee enemas

Lung support

We often overlook the lungs as a pathway of eliminating toxins from the body, but we eliminate a lot of toxicity through our breath! Especially when we take time throughout the day to breathe more consciously which deepens the breath.

If you have a history of lung disease, or smoke cigarettes or other substances regularly, drinking a cup of Breathe tea blend every day can help clear out toxins from the lungs.

Breathwork: one of my favourite things to do either right when I wake up, or before bed (any time you can squeeze it in, really) is breathwork. There are tons of guided breath work sessions of varying lengths on YouTube for free that are amazing! This is one of my favourites.


We eliminate toxins through the skin, so allowing the body to sweat is a must. You can achieve this through vigorous exercise, infrared saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, etc.

Improving your poops

DO NOT start any cleansing protocol without first achieving regular bowel movements. This is ideally at least one poop daily, more optimally 2-3 well formed stools. Remember— you eat up to 3 meals a day, often snacks as well. What you are not eliminating remains in the body.

One dietary adjustment I like to recommend for better poops is increasing your apple consumption! Work your way up to 2-3 apples per day, drink enough water, and you will likely see an improvement in your elimination quite quickly. Apples contain soluble fibre and pectin, both amazing for regularity as well as binding to toxins/waste to be prepared for elimination.

If you are chronically constipated, I suggest using a stronger herbal formula to get things moving, and if you have the means, get a colonic or two throughout the duration of your cleanse to remove excess waste from the body.

Supplements from my shop that help with elimination are:

GI Pacify Tea— this tea creates “mucilage” which is a thick, soothing, lubricating substance that helps to soothe lining of the GI tract, hydrate the body (essential for poops), and lubricate stool for easier elimination

Do as many of the free/inexpensive things that you can handle because even those will make a drastic difference! You just want to make sure these pathways are in working order to prevent die- off symptoms or “healing reactions”, as they are unpleasant.
